Can I start my eLearning course right away?

YES. Once you purchase the eLearning course, you will have immediate access to the course.

Find your certification under 'My Content' by scrolling down to 'My Licenses/Certifications.' Start working through the steps to complete the certification requirements.

Are all of the required learning materials online?

YES. Everything you need to complete your course is included in the course content. There may be links to resource materials but these will be available to view/download/print immediately, without exiting the course area.

How long do I have to complete my eLearning course?

Access to eLearning expires 1 month from enrollment.

Within the 1 month timeframe, online learning is self-paced. This means that each participant moves through the learning material at a rate that matches his or her learning style, prior understanding of the topic, and time availability.

Do I have to complete the eLearning course in one sitting?

NO. You can log out at any time and log in again later using your Email and Password. The system will remember where you left off and start you there the next time you log in.

Do I need to use the same computer each time I log in?

NO. You can access your account from any computer that has an internet connection. You can also take your training using your mobile device or a tablet device.

Can I fail an eLearning course?

You cannot 'fail' the eLearning course although you can 'fail' a test. Each online eLearning course includes mandatory testing to ensure that you understand the course material. If you fail a test you must review the unit and try again. Each test may be attempted two times before the program must be repurchased. When you have passed all tests, you can download/print your Certificate of Completion.

My password won't work... What should I do?

Make sure your CAPS lock is off because passwords are case sensitive. On your first log in, you were asked to change your password to something only you would know. This is an important security feature, but it is still easy to forget your personalized password. Just click the 'forgot my password?' link on the login screen and the system will send you an email with your account information.

How can I access the online training?

You can access online training from a desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device. We recommend a high-speed internet connection.
