Intro to the Occupational Health & Safety Act
The Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) is the cornerstone legislation of occupational health and safety in Ontario. Becoming familiar with the OHSA is one important step in providing a safe and healthy workplace for all parties. This eLearning module will help learners understand the structure of the OHSA and locate references under the Act.
A minimum of 80% on the module questions must be achieved on the Knowledge Check questions to achieve a certificate of completion. Learners will have the opportunity to receive feedback on their results and retry any questions. Learners must get to the last slide of the module and Click Exit module for completion to be recorded.
Note: all courses must be completed within 30 days of enrollment
